By purchasing a ticket to a Lune event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and clarity for all participants.

Eligibility

All participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend. No exceptions. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets and animals are not permitted at Lune events.

Weather

Lune events take place rain or shine. We’ll make thoughtful adjustments as needed (umbrellas, indoor stops, etc.), but please come prepared for the weather. No refunds or credits will be issued due to inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled by Lune.

Cancellations & Transfers

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed events. However, if you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Just email us at [your@email.com] with their name at least 24 hours prior to the event.

If an event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, venue issue), your ticket will be honored for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you’ll receive a credit for a future Lune event. Refunds will not be issued.

Dietary Restrictions

Lune events may include food and wine pairings. Due to the nature of our experiences, we cannot guarantee accommodations for dietary restrictions. Please reach out before booking if you have specific concerns.

Attire & Accessibility

Events take place in various NYC neighborhoods and venues—some may include walking or standing. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Refunds will not be given for issues related to attire or terrain.

Personal Belongings

Lune is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during events. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

Photography & Media Release

By attending a Lune event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in photos, videos, and other media captured during the experience. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or press.

Behavior & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others, without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and attending, you acknowledge that participation may involve risk, including walking in urban areas, consuming alcohol, or exposure to environmental elements. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Lune, its partners, and hosts from any liability related to injuries, loss, or illness.

Limitation of Liability

Lune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation in an event. Our total liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in New York City.
